Karrda leads the way for you to engage effectively and productively with Whadjuk, Ballardong, Noongar and other Aboriginal Elders to help provide direction for Indigneous participation in your project. Our services embrace the Indigenous protocol of Right People-Right Place principle which means that we will provide you with the right people who speak for country for the location of your project.

Elder Engagement & community Participation

Karrda uses best practice models for community engagement and participation using Indigenous frameworks, methodology and methods that offer strong leadership, sound direction and guidance for Indigenous engagement and participation in urban design and project development.

Art & Co-Design

Karrda employs various Noongar artists who have the capability to undertake public art programs, develop co-design elements for ground planes and as well as create designs that present an Indigenous context in modernity. We draw from the past, recognize the present, and make way for the future.

Aboriginal Heritage Management

Our senior staff are qualified anthropologist, archaeologist, cultural authority and heritage specialists with a myriad of professional and lived experience that offers you a best practice model for Aboriginal heritage surveys, cultural monitoring for ground disturbance and advice about cultural protocols and safety to ensure your project meets legislative and business requirements.
